
The Menu for November 9th at Proof & Provision
The Winepreneurs Club is hosting its inaugural event at Proof & Provision on Monday, November 9 from 6-9 p.m. The event’s menu will include a selection of dishes crafted by Chef Stephen Bucalo using locally sourced ingredients.
Guests will begin the evening with local meats and artisan cheeses, then indulge in hors d’oeuvres, with options such as:
- Chicken Skewers with Scallion Ginger
- Smoked Salmon dill cr’eme fraiche
- Beef Sliders with white cheddar cheese
- Four Cheese French Bread Pizzas
- Fontina & Cotto Salami French Bread Pizzas
